Course contents

The Nigerian legal system divisions and sources of Nigerian law common law and equity.Case law and precedent.Legislation including the nature and effects of Military Decrees, edicts and statutes.Interpretations.Customary law and Sharia law – meaning and scope. The court system: Outline of the structure and hierarchy of courts.
