Course contents

Discovery, classification and nomenclature of enzymes. Vitamins: fat and water soluble vitamins and co-enzymes, minerals in enzyme biochemistry. Structures and functions of vitamins and co- enzymes. Kinetics of enzymes. Mechanisms of enzyme-catalysed reactions.
