Course contents

The concept and scope of the public sector is examined. The importance and goals of public policy. Roles of government under different economic systems: capitalism, socialism and mixed economic system. Theories of public policy: Ernest Engel law. Piguo and Dalton theory. Musgrave and Musgrave theory. Keynesian theory, Wagner’s theory.
