Introduction: global medical jurisprudence, legal procedure in Nigeria: -police, magistrate’s and coroner’s inquests. Oath and affirmation. Documentary evidence: -medical certificates, medical reports, death declaration. Understanding laws and ethics of medical practice. Death: - medico- legal aspects of death.
