Course contents

The concept and use of ICT in Public Sector Management. Barriers to the effective use of ICT in governance. Policies that will promote the use of ICT in governance. Definitions and classification of E-Governance. Development and functions of ICT. The benefits and opportunities of ICT in public sector management.
