• determine the sources of law; and

Course contents

Definitions. Law and morality of Law. Natures and functions of law. Classification of law Kinds of justice, Description of criminal and civil procedures. Substantive and procedure laws. Freedom, law and safety, law and legitimacy, law and sovereignty. Legal reasoning, in judicial process.
