Course contents

Housing needs, demand and supply. Basic principles guiding housing standards; housing finance; investment by public, private and cooperative sectors, subsidies, loans and mortgage funds. Characteristics of Housing in Nigeria: design methods, construction materials, maintenance, forms and functions of elements.
