Course contents

Concept of community nutrition. Assessment of contemporary food culture in the community (food choices, food habit, food taboos and food security). Factors affecting food choices and food security. Determinants of health outcomes. The role of nutrition in health promotion and perspectives for resolving community nutrition problems.
