Course contents

Definition and disorders of malnutrition (protein calorie malnutrition, severe acute malnutrition obesity). Micronutrient deficiency (nutritional anaemia, beriberi, rickets and osteoporosis and xerophthalmia). Management of disorders of malnutrition. Causes of nutritional problems, and prevention of nutritional problems.
