Course contents

Management of a hospital-based department and staff. Management of a district-based rehabilitation service. Understanding the needs and concerns of OTA. Ethical obligation of OTs towards OTA. Steps in setting up a private practice. Management, leadership and supervisory process. Quality control, time management.
