Company securities; shares and debentures; becoming and ceasing to be a shareholder; transfer of shares; floating charges . D irectors and other officers; appointment, removal, duties, rights and powers . M eetings resoluti ons. M ajority powers and minority rights; prevention of oppression and mismanagement. Reconstructions and take – over, mergers. Winding up (in outline) . Privatisation. Partnership: relation of partners inter se and to third parties; and dissolution of a partnership. 47
