Course contents

A systematic examination of the structure of the two languages, English and Ibibio. Segmental similarities and differences – consonants, vowels. Non segmental similarities and differences – stress, tone, intonation. Different styles in language use – use of contractions, question tags, etc. Formal and informal usage.
